As indicated in the message, you have already created a renewal order. There is no need to create another one.

If your existing order is not paid, just pay for the existing order.

Please note you can pay for order from your account balance if you top up your account balance but has not paid for order.

If the order has already been paid and is in the processing status please wait for the order to be completed. In most cases domain renewal orders are completed almost instantly, but in some cases (depending on the registrar and TLD) the renewal process can take up to 2-4 hours.
